We offer free delivery on all orders over £150 excluding VAT. Most free delivery orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days. You can however expediate delivery to a next day service for orders placed before 12 noon by paying an extra cost for the delivery .
All orders under £150 excluding delivery will carry a cost for delivery that varies between £3.50 to £10.00 excluding VAT. The option for these will appear at the checkout depending on the weight and the speed of delivery required. Free deliveries and charged deliveries apply to the UK mainland only (excluding the Highlands and other remote parts of the Country). Please call or email us for delivery costs outside of the UK mainland including the Highlands and Islands.
We will do our utmost to deliver items in the required time but as we use couriers, we can never guarantee that this will always be the case. Once the item leaves our warehouse, we will endeavour to track it and call the couriers to ensure the items are delivered on time, but we would appreciate a call or an email if the item has not been received in the expected period of time.
